Return Eligibility

We accept returns for hats that meet the following conditions: - Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. - Returned within 30 days of delivery. - Not a final sale or clearance item. - For custom-printed hats, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or contains a printing error caused by PrintPress.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our Customer Care Team at support@printpress.net with your order number and photos of the item (if applicable).
2. Wait for our Return Authorization & Instructions email.
3. Ship your item back using the provided instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a PrintPress error.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or color changes on non-customized hats. For custom hats, exchanges are only available if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
